With a good grounding gained at HSBC in various Private Banking roles, Ross moved to the UAE in 2013. Climatising by fulfilling different client advisory positions, but driven and compelled to create GSB. Ross is a highly experienced private client advisor, holding qualifications from multiple insurance and investment management bodies, including CISI, CII, LIBF and CFA.

From the age of 11, I wanted to work in banking. Seriously. Alongside childhood ambitions of being a game developer!
