Alison is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer and manages all aspects of our client impact team. She previously held global roles within the Oil and Gas Majors and has lived and worked in the UAE for over ten years. Along with several accounting qualifications, including AGMA, ACMA, and MACostE, she is currently studying for CIPD Level 7.

When you were younger, what did you want to be?
I wanted to be an accountant. Which I became. But, it wasn’t quite what I’d hoped.
What’s your favourite thing about working at GSB?
Easy, the sense of community and breadth of opportunity for our clients, business and teams.
Finally, what’s your favourite country and why?
Lapland. Ross and I were able to take the children there last year. It was an incredible experience. Highly recommended!
